It is gratifying to witness our team demonstrating high competitiveness and maintaining outstanding performance in adversity, showcasing the robust technical and manufacturing capabilities to more customers, along with the limitless potential for the future development of the company.

Looking back on the busy year, which also marks the 40th anniversary of JPE's establishment, I would like to express my gratitude for everyone's unwavering cooperation, ensuring the successful completion of various tasks and infusing renewed vitality into our long-standing enterprise.

In 2023, JPE hosted industry seminars in Kaohsiung, actively participated in professional association forums, and took a more proactive role in various charitable activities, advocating for all employees to contribute positively to society. The Kaohsiung headquarters initiated a carbon emissions management program, motivating JPE to become a truly outstanding enterprise committed to sustainable growth and social contribution.

Crossing four decades, JPE has a solid business foundation. Besides cherishing existing resources, we must consider tackling even more challenging goals to prepare optimally for the next forty years, unfurling a new chapter like a soaring dragon.

In 2024, we will not only strengthen our benchmark position in existing industrial applications but also expand our international business globally, delving deeper into the potential new energy market. It is essential for all members to maintain resilience, foster mutual understanding, collaborate wholeheartedly, and strive to maintain industry benchmarks, becoming a genuine international brand.
