JPE Brand Event | Yean Hern’s 40th Anniversary Celebration

The year 2023 has been a particularly busy and fulfilling one for the JPE team. This year marks the 40th anniversary of the JPE brand, and our Kunshan factory meticulously planned a celebratory journey. In addition to our Kunshan colleagues, we extended a warm invitation to our colleagues from Zhangjiagang Yean Hern to join us. We even reached out to our colleagues' family members, with the hope that during this two-day vacation, our partners could share this special moment with their families and collectively relish the occasion.

After several days of heavy rainfall, the weather finally cleared up on the day of departure. On the morning of September 23rd, more than a hundred colleagues and their family members boarded three buses and set off for the Junlan Resort Hotel in Nanxun Old Town, embarking on a two-day journey. The first day featured a lineup of exciting team-building activities that showcased everyone's boundless creativity and seamless collaboration during interesting interactions. We also introduced our corporate philanthropic initiatives, allowing our partners to gain insight into the charitable projects we undertake as a company.

Towards the end of the day, we conducted a vote to determine the most favored philanthropic activities, with plans to involve more partners in the future to collectively strive towards becoming a better company.

The evening's celebratory gathering elevated the event to its most captivating moments. Every guest had the opportunity to participate in various activities, including bingo, entertaining competitions, and games. In addition to the inspiring words of encouragement from our General Manager, Mr. Chih Hsin Tu, we recognized colleagues who had been actively engaged in charitable endeavors. During the event, we also introduced colleagues who have dedicated 5, 10, and 15 years of service to JPE Yean Hern and presented them with commemorative trophies, expressing our heartfelt appreciation for the hard work of these dedicated partners.

September 24th was dedicated to free exploration. Whether relaxing at the hotel or venturing out to explore Nanxun Old Town, everyone made the most of the splendid weather during this rare holiday. Following a satisfying lunch, we returned to the Kunshan factory, bringing our two-day celebration to a close.

The growth and sustainable operation of our company are the fruits of the collective efforts of all our colleagues. Over the past forty years, JPE has steadily and healthily evolved, thanks not only to our precise and successful business strategies but also to the unwavering and dependable colleagues who have stood by our side. We eagerly anticipate collaboratively forging and supporting the exciting next forty years, as we work together to achieve our mutual goals.
